About Me

Teri is a Los Angeles based trainer who enjoys finding new ways to stay moving, healthy, and active with her family of five. Her passion for moving began at a young age in gymnastics, dancing, and running marathons as a young adult. Later, becoming an innovator of fitness, a Physical Education Teacher and a Fitness Director/Coordinator. In the late seventies, Teri began teaching “Slim n Trim” classes at her local YMCA, before the evolution of Aerobic Fitness. The community connection and overall wellness of mind and body inspired her to continue her teaching, becoming a personal trainer and Fitness Presenter. She thrives on the challenge of strength training and enjoys keeping up with the latest fitness trends such as, Step, Slide Reebok, Spin, Zumba, Mossa, and Oula. Her last daughter was born at a later age, which motivated her to work with women and older adults, focusing specifically on developing strength later in life. Now, in the midst of the ongoing pandemic, Teri is expanding her love of fitness and movement to an online platform.

I have used Teri’s training services when she worked at the YMCA, at home, and zoom classes and I LOVE her.
