The reality of the COVID 19 Pandemic has significantly impacted our daily lives; we were once active engaging humans whose social circles actually facilitated a healthy lifestyle. Social distancing has forced us into technology, learning new ways to connect and support one another. Join our community of people just like you who want to move their bodies, relieve stress and connect with others. 

I offer a variety of Zoom classes for the desire to connect with others, at this time.

The Zoom Strength classes help build confidence, strength, core, and flexibility. These classes are designed to produce results! Our goal is to increase muscle endurance, power, reduce body fat, and improve overall health. Optimize your brain-body connection, strength, bone mass, reduce your chances for diseases, increased  mobility, and energy!

The Balance Challenge Connection includes a warm up, cardio, strength moves for our core, arms and hips, including a cool down, for increased flexibility and mobility. This class is for those who want to help build the functional balance necessary to navigate their aging bodies, connect our physical and mental health, increase lower-limb asymmetry, and energize the spirit. We include time for meditation, affirmations, jokes, and virtual hugs! This Balance Challenge Connection helps participants who are just beginning their workout journey or those with special balance needs. Increase your functional longevity now!

Clear

Terifit Sit and Flex a class designed for the beginner whose interest is building core strength,  and flexibility. In a chair discover your core, strength and increase lung capacity while having fun!! Tuesday/Thursday at 11:30am.

Recovery is a class which increases our flexibility, joint integrity, and mind body connection. The first 25 minutes of class include standing and chair stretches, the last 20 minutes are floor based stretches. Join Teri on Fridays at 1pm. It’s a relaxing and beneficial way to end your week!
