One on One training is for any one who needs a specific program designed for their individual needs.

1 on 1’s include a fitness assessment, a 55 minute program specifically designed for your needs. Teri’s longtime experience provides an encouraging environment to guide her clients in achieving their fitness goals. Her individual programming strategies, three dimension cueing, Additionally, Teri collaborates with Physical Therapists in order to offer her clients a more detailed fitness program, which ultimately promotes a safe and effective workout. Her customized fitness programs, along with a three dimensional cueing approach, help each client to understand the importance of maintaining a healthier energetic lifestyle.
